This is a true gem because the Chateau de Boursault is Estate bottled and a “clos”.. all of the grapes are grown on their Estate with a stone wall surrounding it and had no influence from anyone else’s vineyards\, etc… \n

DESCRIPTION:As we close out October we will sample six Soave wines. This is one of those misunderstood wines that were thought of as cheap white wines in gallon jugs. Soave is made with the Garganega grape. These wines are crisp and clean and very food friendly.
