SUMMARY:Featured Wines: Rieslings--They Are Not All Sweet!
DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis time\, I have decided to challenge the stereotype that Rieslings are sweet. While many are somewhat sweet\, they are not syrupy sweet and can be fairly sophisticated. In many cases\, sweetness is tempered with acidity to give the wine food balance. \nWith this offering we will showcase three different styles from one producer. Before you groan\, this is a light and fruit driven wine without the off-putting flavors that many associate with Pinotage; at the closeout price it could find a place at any holiday celebration.
